FACILITY MANAGER

Carefree Country Club is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Carefree Country Club. Reporting directly to the CCC Board of Directors, this individual will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining facilities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for Park members. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both operational expertise and a genuine commitment to member satisfaction.
Carefree Country Club is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Carefree Country Club. Reporting directly to the CCC Board of Directors, this individual will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining facilities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for Park members. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both operational expertise and a genuine commitment to member satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage facilities office staff, facility service workers, and contracted vendors, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of all Park grounds, maintenance, and custodial
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including pool operations, storm emergency planning, and regulatory compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Park members and report regularly to the Board of Directors
- Oversee the repair, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
